Building Automation Services, Inc. is a certified woman-owned small business and successful contractor with 18 years of experience in energy efficiency projects, facilities management, new construction, and B.M.S. system upgrades for customers in the DC, Baltimore, and Virginia areas. In addition, we specialize in installing, servicing, and operating HVAC Control systems in various types of facilities. We serve commercial properties, federal and state government institutions, hospitals, museums, apartments and hotel complexes.
